[THIN] Restoring Users Profiles...

I have a requirement to rebuild our citrix server, and once rebuilt I will need
to restore the users Outlook 2000 setup back (ie exchange server settings,
PST's, PAB settings, etc). Has anyone have tips, hints, help on the best way
to achieve this.
Windows 2000 Server
Metaframe XPs
60 Users.
