[THIN] Reporting Farm Application Usage

Has anybody created a report using RM that lists Applications used by
percentage of CPU used? I'm looking to create a report that lists our
published applications by usage and possibly number of users that access
it. Any thoughts or examples? I will be using Crystal Reports.
