Sounds like the tscal on the client could be either corrupt or expired.
 
Delete the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSlicensing key on the client machine.

Hey, ya'll.

I have an odd access probem I'm hoping someone has seen before. Remote clients 
only receive this error at login:

"You do not have access to logon to this session"

Same credentials internally and you are good to go. Have been looking for 
anything that might have changed over the weekend, but so far no luck.
