The key is under Current User.

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Notepad\fWrap

Set the value to 0 for disabled 1 for enabled.

FYI I user Registry Monitor from sysinternals to find this.

Does anyone know where I can find the Registry Setting to Turn OFF word =
wrap
in Notepad for the users? Even if it has to be done for each user
individually that should be easier than having to set a desktop login up =
for
every user, log in, change the setting and change back... OR can I put the
Machine in INSTALL mode, turn off word wrap and have it propagate through =
to
all users?
