[THIN] RDP connection not working

Hello all, I have a Terminal server that is rejecting RDP connections from
Neoware devices. Windows clients can connect just fine.
The server logs the following error.
Event Type: Error
Event Source: TermDD
Event Category: None
Event ID: 50
Date: 10/8/2004
Time: 8:03:58 AM
User: N/A
Computer: ZEUS
Description:
The RDP protocol component "DATA ENCRYPTION" detected an error in the
protocol stream and has disconnected the client.
The encryption level has not changed on the clients nor server. Other
servers also work fine.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
