[THIN] Quick drop/Disconnect from win2k MF XP

I know someone has seen this. I have a published application that
appears to load correctly but once it loads it quickly drops. It is
not showing up in CMC as a disconnect. This is only happening on 1
server and RDP works fine. Any ideas?
