MessageBrian, Whether or not the client's ISP is using a proxy, it looks like PN is convinced that there is one. Trouble is, it can't determine what it should be (or can't reach the one it thinks should be used). If PN didn't think there was a proxy and the ISP actually used one, I believe you'd get the error "Citrix server not accepting connections" or some other error saying that the Citrix server could not be contacted. I would try the following at the client: 1. Uninstall PN, wiping out all residual files and registry entries. 2. Make sure all web browsers are configured for manual proxy settings, NO proxy. 3. Reboot. 4. Reinstall PN.
