MessageBrian,

Whether or not the client's ISP is using a proxy, it looks like PN is
convinced that there is one. Trouble is, it can't determine what it should
be (or can't reach the one it thinks should be used). If PN didn't think
there was a proxy and the ISP actually used one, I believe you'd get the
error "Citrix server not accepting connections" or some other error saying
that the Citrix server could not be contacted.

I would try the following at the client:
1. Uninstall PN, wiping out all residual files and registry entries.
2. Make sure all web browsers are configured for manual proxy settings, NO
proxy.
3. Reboot.
4. Reinstall PN.

HTH,

Raff

Subject: [THIN] Proxy connection failed: Internal error during proxy
evaluation

This is the error that a few clients have gotten when connecting to CSG
2.0.

" Proxy connection failed: Internal error during proxy evaluation. "

Per Citrix, this is because the client's ISP is using a proxy. There is
no resolution.

  Anyone have any different opinions?
