We don't have a proxy. This is actually from their ISP when connecting to our
CSG site. I'll check on the version but I do believe at least 1 was IE6 SP1
with all the security rollups.

What web browser do the affected people use? Also what web browser do the
unaffected people use?
Sounds like they are set up to use the proxy specified in the web browser
and are having trouble determining what that is.

I have a few users that get this message when connecting to our Citrix
Secure Gateway 2.0
At least 1 of the clients is using ICA version 7.0
Cannot connect to Citrix Metaframe Server
Proxy connection failure, Internal error during proxy evaluation.
Anyone have any ideas? I haven't found anything in searching.
