Here are some things to check for: 1. Version of the Citrix client 2. Permissions on Home directories if in use 3. Paths to Roaming profiles if in use 4. Mapping local printers? 5. Try with Seamless window/full screen 6. Can you publish the desktop for that user and have them run the application? I've seen this before if the working directory of the published application was wrong or the user didn't have access to the directory especially if you have the working directory set to the users home directory.
