I had a similar problem with Lawson Financials.
I found the info being written in a key under
HKEY_CLASSES. I made the keys read only
        for the Interactive User group.

Subject: [THIN] Program Install

Hello All,

I am using a W2K TS SP3. I have an application that requires 2 logins, one
for the application and another to a UNIX server. After I install the app,
the last successful users info is saved so each user sees the last
successful login username? How do I set it up to separate each users
profile for this app? Does that make sense?
