[THIN] Problem with Serial Numbers

Hi,

I have a customer that upgraded their system from NT.40 TSE and MF 1.8 to Win2k
and XPs...

They put their licensing in and such and it still gives the errors that the
licensing isn't installed and only administrator can get in.

I checked their system, they have a Windows unlimited and then the #user pack
license.  They both say they are installed and active?

Any ideas on places to start?
