[THIN] Problem with CMC after new Citrix Install

Oh, mighty plethora of Citrix Guru's...

I have just rebuilt two servers

- W2K SP4 and updates
- Citrix XPa FR3

But when I launch CMC I just get the splash screen and then after a
moment or two it goes away.  

I checked the Citrix support site and it states that I need to make sure
that the java security file is correctly configured and it is identical
to their documentation.  

Is there any thing else that might be causing this?
