Current test system: Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP3, Office XP SP2, IE 6 SP1, Metaframe 1.8 SP3 Application in question: Jascap (Screen capture program) Jascap is a small screen capture program located on each users H: Drive. When user presses F7 key the output is sent to printer (current window). This would be a normal event in the event log: Document 19, JasCapture owned by tsuser was printed on lew_lj via port IP_192.168.27.20. Size in bytes: 5138; pages printed: 1 Post SP3 I get this output and NO printing. Document 23, JasCapture owned by TSUser was printed on lew_lj via port \\server1\tsuser$\JascapNT\IP_192.168.28.20. Size in bytes: 0; pages printed: 1 *Notice it prefixes the H: drive path to the LPR port and the size in bytes is zero. Moving the JascapNT files local to the test system resolves the issue. However, the Jascap program can be customized by each user in regard to several options related to output. This information is stored in the *.ini file on each users H: Drive in the Jascap directory. Thanks for your time. ********************************************** This weeks sponsor 99Point9.com 99Point9 helps solve your unresolved technical server-based questions, issues and incidents. http://www.99point9.com *********************************************** For Archives, to Unsubscribe, Subscribe or set Digest or Vacation mode use the below link. http://thethin.net/citrixlist.cfm ********************************************************************** This email may be confidential and/or privileged.
