Bill,

There should be a user GPO that takes care of the Balloon tips, but in case
not there is a HKCU setting:

REG ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced"
/v EnableBalloonTips /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

Does anyone know how to prevent the printer balloons on a 2003 Terminal
Server with PS 4.0 from popping up globally? Is there an HKLM reg setting
that can do this?
