[THIN] Print jobs hanging

Hey all,
I've got a Windows 2003 Server environment with MF XP w/FR3. When a
customer is printing large jobs (100-250 pages) the job hangs partway
through and we cannot get it to finish printing. These are check runs,
so it is a major inconvenience. The driver that is being used is the
Citrix UPD for LaserJet 2200.
Anyone seen this type of issue, have any recommendations?
