Almost forgot...
Brian Madden's book indicates that it is possible to publish the CMC with
the command line
"java -jar tool.jar"
I've tried java -jar "X:\program files\citrix\administration\tool.jar"
All I get to open is a winnt\java.exe DOS window which promptly closes and
logs me off.
Suggestions?

Whith FR2 you can limit access to specific section of the cmc usually
read only to everything except shadowing and reset/logoff I give them
read write access to that
