[THIN] PeopleSoft problem

I am new to this list, and would like to say Hello.

I am having a problem with PeopleSoft version 7.5. I have 4 Citrix MF XPe
FR2/SP2 servers running Windows 2000 SP2. The problem that I am having with
PeopleSoft is that after an hour or so of activity the screen refreshes start
to take a lot of time. They go from 1 sec refreshes to up to 30 seconds. At
first I thought that it might be a caching issue. I had the cache stored in
each users home directory on a non Citrix server. I tried to move the cache
files to the Citrix servers, with each user getting their own cache folder on
each of the Citrix servers. This didn't make any difference.

It looks like the problem will go away if the user closes the PS application
and then reopens it. But the slow down returns in an hour or two. I have run
PerfMon on the Citrix servers, and it isn't a load issue. My paging rates are
with in reason, and CPU usage is peaking at 25% or so for both processors.
(The servers also have 2 GB of memory each.)

Can anyone give me some ideas as to what to look at? This seems to be the only
application with this problem (for now anyway!).

Thanks,
Ken Lutz
