[THIN] Pagefile usage

4 gigs of RAM, 2003 SP1, PS4.0, Dual Xeon 3.6ghz processors and around
50 users logged in.

Physical free memory is 1.9gigs, and pagefile usage is 3gigs.  Is that
normal?
