I'm pretty sure it's the same engine - it's all part of proofing tools,
IIRC.

(garnered from painful memory of trying to tune the dictionary settings
for custom dictionaries, language settings, and mandatory profiles, then
hitting the realisation of the local client keyboard settings ;-))
