[THIN] Opinion - Terminal Server Setup

I have to setup a small office for two people. I am considering
throwing in a W2K server with Terminal Services, exchange 2k, Office XP
Pro and GFI Fax Maker or Goldfax all on the same box. Naturally, the
two users will access the TS with a Capio or Wyse Tereminal.
Am I overloading the machine? Does anybody see any problems with this
setup?
