Has anyone installed the new Microsoft RDP client on that Citrix server. I have ran in to the issue where installing the new RDP client changes the permission on the registry key on MS Licensing key so only local Admins can access the key. HKLM\software\microsoft\mslicensing. Just a thought. It starts connecting, saying "Connection Established - Negotiating Capabilities" After a few moments, another box appears showing "Metaframe presentation server connection interrupted. Attempting to reconnect..." Clicking on "More Information" shows "Network or dial-up problems are preventing communication with the Citrix Metaframe Server. If the problem persists, please contact your network administrator Number of failed reconnection attempts: 0 Connection Name: APPLICATION NAME Server Address: 111.222.333.444 Client Name: ServerInCustomerDomain" Opening the Connection Centre shows that there is an established connection from this machine. Now, normally, I'd say that this was a problem with the citrix side, but on this occasion, we've got two servers W2K terminal servers in the customer domain - one (a very slow machine) which connects without any issues, and the new one which will only connect if you are a local admin on this machine. Because not all of the staff on the support network are admins, but still need access to this Citrix tool, we're having problems - especially as everyone wants to use the new server. Can anyone suggest where to start looking? Thanks :) Has anyone got any suggestions on where to start looking? -- Jon "Four Star Gun" Spriggs AKA Jon "The Nice Guy" Spriggs ******************************************************** This Weeks Sponsor: Lakeside Software SysTrack is the easiest to use, most complete way to monitor system and application performance.
