[THIN] One Citrix Metaframe XPe Server not showing up in Installation Management

When I use server groups one of my XPe servers doesn't show up in the
"Available Servers" list.
All servers show up in Resource Management. The server is working normally
other than that.
How do I verify that installation manager components are installed correctly
on this server?
