[THIN] Office Toolbar not saving after logoff

Got a question. We are using Access 97 on Citrix Metaframe 1.8 and have an
odd problem. Whenever a user adds something to the toolbar like merge the
report to Excel, when you log off then log on again, it's gone and they have
to do it again. Is there a setting I need to be checking or a permission
somewhere I'm missing?
