Sounds to me like you are not saving the WHOLE office key. Send your INI
to me and let me take a look. This info is in Common\Userdata key that
you need to save.

Subject: [THIN] Office 2000?

Hey all,

On my Citrix XP FR2 Win200 SP3 servers, when a user launches an
MSOffice2000 app for the first time in the session, the user will be
shown the pop-up window that asks for the users name and initials. If
the user opens another Office2K app they are NOT shown this pop-up. Now
if the user logs off and then back on, they get the pop-up again.=20

I'm using Flex profiles and when I change the layout of Word or Outlook,
the settings ARE saved (cool), but this pop-up window just wont DIE. Any
ideas?

Mark
