Thanks JD.  DScheck didn't find any faults so I recreated the local host
cache anyway.  

Unfortunately the fault still exists.

Try checking the consistency of the data store with DSCHECK. Also try
recreating the local host cache on your servers, starting with the one in
zone B. Try using DSVerify on your servers and apps.
