Is anyone aware of a tool that will let you look inside the recycle bin
of other users on a system? I've accomplished this through the command
prompt, but then all the files are renamed. Only way I've found so far
is to copy all the files and the index to the administrator's bin and
get at them that way. To continue this same line of thought, it'd be
nice to look in other user's history folders too.
