[THIN] OT: Require Delivery Receipt

Sorry for the off topic post but I don't know any good exchange forums
and you're the best!
Builder MT sends emails out to contractors through SMTP connection to
our Exchange 2003 server. I need to find a way that anytime an email is
sent from this Builder MT server that we request a "Delivery Receipt".
Does anyone have a tool or script of suggestion how I can do this?
