I am doing the same thing, BUT, this is what it does From: Original
Sender On Behalf Of Other Person.
So it does not replace it. Which is what I am try to do.

get around this Outlook feature.

Sorry Matt -- i re-read your message and i understand your issue now.

I guess you could create a personal contact with that SMTP address and
then select the contact using the "FROM" button.

I have never tried this, but i can't think it not working.
