Matt, It depends on what you are looking for in a messaging solution. Do you want it to integrate with Active Directory? What sort of collaboration are you looking for? My understanding is that the Oracle Collaboration Suite sits on Linux and has its own Directory. Have a look at Kerio Mail Server - http://www.kerio.com/kms_home.html. It's a brilliant product. It runs on Win2k/Win2k3, and will use AD.
