[THIN] Re: OT: Novell's NAL and preventing programinstallation

Yes, the Zen NT Launcher service is only for installing application as
the system user.

Nal wil still be functioning when you disable the Zen application
launcher service.

only thing is that "run as system user" cannot be used anymore
