Be a US citizen, pass a drug test, be able to get a DOD security clearance,
everyone coming has to pass a full medical exam and have a passport.

  Sorry for the OT post - JK usually gives me the OK but he's hopefully too
busy resting and healing to respond to me right now...

  Anyway, we have quite a few openings right now, if anyone's interested or has
questions you can feel free to send me an e-mail but to apply you'll need to
visit www.krsjv.com

  The positions open in my group are for:

  - Help Desk person - answer the phones, resolve issues, open trouble tickets
- need someone who's customer oriented and has experience supporting WinXP in a
Win2003/AD network. This is an unaccompanied position.

  - Computer Tech - fix broken PCs/thin clients - need someone experienced in
an XP/AD environment, we use Dell Optiplexes and HP TCs. This is an
unaccompanied position.

  - Xerox tech - need someone who's experienced repairing Xerox copiers and who
can pass Xerox certification training. This is an accompanied position, i.e.,
you can bring your family with you.

  There are several other positions open - server admins, a net engr, project
planning, etc. that are in other groups, many of them accompanied.

  A brief expose of why you'd want to work on Kwajalein, located in the
Marshall Islands:

  Income is exempt from U.S. Federal income taxes (SS and Medicare still apply);

  Free housing and utilities;

  Meals provided for unaccompanied personnel;

  Medical and Dental Insurance;

  Paid vacation and travel;

  No vehicle expenses;

  Water sports including scuba diving, boating, fishing, sailing, and
windsurfing;

  Year-round summertime weather; and

  World travel opportunities.
