[THIN] OT - Exchange 2000 error

Is anyone familiar with this error? I can't seem to find anything
throughout Microsoft's KB.
The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service depends on the
Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service which failed to start
because of the following error:
