Apart from the scriptable/CLI methods, you can also tell this in the
"Active Directory Users & Computers" snap-in (dsa.msc).

Just right-click on the domain, and select "Operations Masters", and
you will see tabs telling you the three domain-level FSMO role
holders: PDCe, RID Master and Infrastructure Master.
