[THIN] Norman v5.5 and Citrix Essentials 1.5

We have a working Citrix Essentials 1.5 W2003 server. Everything works fine,
however
as soon as we install Norman Anti Virus 5.5, the web-server of Essentials
does not function anymore.
And we have not find a way to solve this issue.
Has anyone seen this problem before and know how to fix it ?
