[THIN] Nfuse login had user name in it (how'd THAT get there)

I got called by my assistant who indicated that the login.htm for the NFUSE
login had a user name in it. I pulled up the .htm file and shore nuff it
did. I editited out the information and it hasn't recurred. Any clues as
to how the heck ONE user's name and password got in the login.htm page.
