[THIN] Network printer VS Local

In Metaframe XP FR2 you can use policies to fine tune printer
creation...Specifically you can autocreate Network Printers, Local Printers,
or both.....My question is what is the deciding factor on what is local and
what is network??? For example, if you have a captured printer port for
LPT1 pointing to a Jetdirect is it local or Network to Citrix???? Thanks in
