[THIN] NUM LOCK ISSUE in ACCESS

Hi all
A customer is telling me that the numlock goes off at a random time wile
working in MS access 2k over RDP.
They dont have citrix so i dont know if it works with citrix.....
If anyone has an idee, please share it with me :)
