[THIN] NT4TSE Pop-up Ads

Doe anyone know how I can get rid of pop-up ads in IE on NT4 TSE.  I't
starting to be more of an issue.  IS there decent software or ad blockers.
Perhaps a list of known ad servers I can put to a text file with a 127.0.0.1
so they have no where to go??
