And so ends an era. Thanks for everything, Jim, and just some advice:
successful marriages require even more work than successful websites. :)

Subject: [THIN] NOTICE: Some changes/ new content on Thin List
and TheThin.net

        Dear Thinners,

I would first like to at this time announce to you my friends
that I was recently married in Las Vegas (during the week of Citrix
iForum 2005) and have also purchased a new home. Needless to say the
last few months of my life have been quite hectic. I've realized a
change in my life is needed.

Over the past 9 years, this list and my website theThin.net have
provided quality information and assistance to the server based
computing user communities. As a valued member of the site and the Thin
list you have helped maintain its integrity and have given me the
ability to keep the site online.

The thin.net has grown over the years and has become something
much larger than myself. Thethin.net went from receiving a few thousand
hits a month in 1996 to several million in 2005. The Thin list started
out as 5 people and grew to over 2000.

The site now demands more work and time then I currently have to
devote to it. It requires a team of quality people to develop and
continue on in the tradition of providing quality content to the
community.

Therefore, I made the decision to sell the Thin.Net and its
content to a reliable and well-known network. After a few months of
negotiating, I sold the domain to TechGenix LTD.

TechGenix produces many fine quality websites including
ISAServer.org, MSExchange.Org, WindowsNetworking.com,
WindowsSecurity.com, and ServerFiles.com. The Thin.net content will be
rebranded and included into their new offering MSTerminalServices.org.
TechGenix has some top notch people working with them on this site.

As part of the offering Techgenix will take control of the Thin
list membership. I will continue on as a moderator of the list. I have
been assured and have every reason to believe that the membership email
addresses from the list will remain private and it's integrity will be
maintained by Techgenix, as they are a very reputable company.

Techgenix has subscribed the list to their newsletter that
announces when new articles are posted to their site. They have asked me
to let the list know that you may be seeing these notifications being
sent as messages to the list. These are not spam and have authorization
to be posted. I've suggested they put some sort of identifier in the
subject line of their messages so that it can be filtered on.

My intentions are to remain active in the Thin Computing arena
but start focusing towards virtualization (like the rest of the world)
and devote some time to my many other sites in The Kenzig Group of
websites on various subjects. So fear not ... I am not going too far.
