From the lack of response I would say nobody was interested, but here is the
solution to the problem anyway.
I got this from the Enterprise_Services_NFuse_Readme.txt.
"Refreshing the Enterprise Services for NFuse Configuration
----------------------------------------------------------
When you change information on your servers or your farm (for example,
adding a user or publishing a new application) you should refresh the
relevant farm using the Enterprise Services for NFuse administration web
pages.
You can manually refresh farm details at the Farms Summary Page. Note that
Enterprise Services for NFuse updates the cache for each farm automatically
every 24 hours."
Lesson learned....read the readme! Doh.
