Well, as no one has provided any info, I have figured out the
problem. It is caused by te CLSID that Tricerat used to create the
package. The CLSID is incorrect. When you download the package from
Tricerat's site, and extract the files from the archive, edit te HTM
file provided. Replace the CLSID value with
2D594C78-EC80-11D4-8016-0060082AE372. That will fix the problem.

That is an idea. But, I'm looking more like the functionality of the =
=3D =3D3D
ICA Client Auto deployment within the site. If the client is already =
=3D3D
installed, the client install doesn't download.

Couldn't they just copy a blank file out the the users drive like =3D3D =
=3D
done.txt and add an if exists line into the script to look for that file =
and
kill =3D =3D3D the process if it is there?

Tricerat has recently provided a CAB file that an admin can put within =
=3D =3D3D
=3D3D3D the ASP pages so the client part can be automatically =
downloaded.
But, =3D =3D3D3D =3D3D there is a major issue that Tricerat cannot seem =
to
resolve. Once =3D the client =3D3D =3D3D3D logs into the site, the ICA =
client
auto deployment =3D starts, then the =3D3D3D Screwdrivers client starts =
(I put
the code for the =3D screwdrivers into the win32autoclientdeploy.asp =
page
within the IF statement). Both =3D clients install and work just fine. =
The
part that is the issue, is when the =3D =3D3D3D client logs off of the =
site, and
then re-logs back in, the screwdrivers client downloads and begins the
installation again. Now, this causes an issue =3D3D3D with the ICA =
client
where it gets an error message saying =3D that =3D3D "The MODULES =
section in
MODULES.INI cannot be found, Error 1056". The client =3D3D has to =
un-install
the screwdrivers and then log off the site, =3D then back on =3D3D to =
=3D3D3D get
the screwdrivers client again.

Now, it is not as simple as emailing the client to all of their clients =
=3D
=3D3D =3D3D3D and asking them to install the Screwdrivers client, as =
they have =3D
=3D3D multiple world-wide client sites. Tricerat doesn't have a fix, =
and I =3D
need to =3D3D3D produce one.

Anyone have any ideas on how to combat this?

Thanks,

Chris Lynch, CCNA MCSE CCEA
