You will need to:
Install License server on the new machine.
Go to MyCitrix.com and reassign your license to a new host
Download the new .lic file and install on the new machine.
In the PS 3.0 Console (CMC) you will need to change the License
server hostname located under the Farm Properties.

Hi Folks
Can anybody point me in the write direction for steps required to move
citrix licencing to another server.
I am currently running licencing on a server I wont to switch off and
remove completely.
I haqve small farm 2 PS3.0 servers running w2k3. The data store is on
one one the citrix servers.
Citrix licence server is a win2k server with citrix licencing installed.
Any tips?
