[THIN] More Gremlins

This is something that I ran into many years ago and don't recall what
caused. Maybe nic drivers or something.
We have users who swear they logged off (there does not seem to be a session
running in disconnected state).
When they open outlook (with pst file attached) they get a message saying
the file is in use. We have to get the server guys to unlock the file.
This is w2k3 (not sp1) office 2003 sp1
IBM blades
This occasionally happens with other office files (word...)
Anyone with similar problems.
