[THIN] Master browser

Hallo list.
One of my DC is master browser, who are VPN server too, I want this rule
to be given to another server, I changed through registry the "Domain
Master is " value to False on the following key
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Browser\Parameters
", but the server still master browser. Any idea what must be done to
transfer the rule to another server?
