Yep.  My uses just seem to experience it from time to time... nothing
consistent as of yet.

Latest is 8.0, right?

This has been a pain to the point it is not currently practical to use.
Have to keep clicking between apps. when working on one app.

I've got some users that are experiencing this from time to time, but
haven't been able to find a fix for it yet.  They are using the latest
Citrix client though.

Has anyone else run into "focus" problems with the 8.0 client?

I have issues where working in an app., suddenly I get a different

app. In the foreground.  VERY annoying.

No it does not require version 8.  You only need version 8 if you want
to
take advantage of the new features in MPS3.
