I don't think so. I have it going for some apps that will not run on 2k.
Now is it the best way to go? Well of course win2k is better.
You can do it. Just like you can have NT 4.0 member servers in a AD
Native domain.

I have heard that it is not recommended to run Metaframe 1.8 on NT
Terminal Server 4.0 with the domain controllers in Native Active
Directory mode, is this true, also any citrix documentation anywhere
saying why or why not?
