[THIN] MF 1.8 Licensing

Heres an interesting one, i think..

Where are the metaframe licenses stored? On MFXP i understand that theres this 
data collector business, which uses odbc or something to point to the database, 
but i cant see anything like that in 1.8 - where/how does this store it? And 
why doesnt mfadmin say nay of the licenses are in use? Just says In Use: N/A 
and Available: N/A which strikes me as odd! (The licenses are under pooled, if 
that helps, not local)
