[THIN] Lost admin to PS 4.0

Dear fount of all knowledge,
After installing PSE400W2K3R04, PSE400R04W2K3001, 002, 007, 011 and
039 - it seems that Citrix Administrators from other domain must be
specified explicitly by name, and not by group membership.
For example - the servers in the farm belong to DOMAIN2. Metaframe
Administrators shows:
DOMAIN1\joe.bloggs
DOMAIN1\Domain Admins
Only joe.bloggs will be able to use the Presentation Server Console,
or run qfarm.exe
If jane.doe (a member of Domain Admins) tries to run, say qfarm /zone,
she will see "You must be a Citrix administrator to run this
application."
DOMAIN2 trusts DOMAIN1 (external, non-transitive).
This only seems to be affecting the server which is the Data
Collectory / Primary Farm Metric server.
Any ideas? I've been trying to troubleshoot from an AD perspective,
but can't see anything wrong with the data collector's configuration
or ability to communicate with the domain.
