You need to explain a bit more about your situation. Does it fail when using a full desktop session, or just published apps? Does it fail when acessing an application via the Web Interface? When you say it hangs...is it logging the user off? Do you get wfshell errors in the application event log? There is a known issue that when launching certain published applications, the session was logged off before the application was started. The issue occurred if both session and application startup took several seconds. Thre is a fix that adds support for a registry setting to configure the time allotted before checking to determine if the session should be logged out because no more user processes exist. Failing at the client drive mapping phase may just be a symptom of the overall problem. The new key is... Key: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI Value: IntervalsForLogoffCheck Data: 5000 5000 = 5 seconds. Start off with this and increase if it doesn't make a difference. However, be careful about the values in the following key... Key: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI Value: LogoffCheckSysModules For example: If OUTLOOK.EXE is one of the LogoffCheckSysModules, adding the IntervalsForLogoffCheck will have no effect. I don't know which hotfix added the reference to this registry key, but it has indeed been published.
