yes, in general.  The license service will be registered in LDAP (AD) and
it should be discoverable by broadcasts.

I'm upgrading my domain from AD 2000 to AD 2003 and my licensing server is
sitting on a DC.  From what I have read I can't find any repercussions.

Is this correct?
